To provide background knowledge of the function and healthy maintenance of the human body; the process of learning motor skills; the theory of movement, the concept and development of fitness. Students will be expected to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding on selected studies and improve their ability, fitness levels and success in new motor activities. Assessed by assignments, practical tests, examination topics, practical worksheets, leadership and group activities, laboratory exercises, skill assessment - on-going observation, practical participation and performance.
