WHS Ball

WHS BALL is on Saturday 27 June at the Racecourse.

With the ball coming up, it is timely to share some of the 'rules' about partners.

  1. The ball is for Year 13 pupils and their partners. This means that only Y13 students can buy a ticket.
  2. Generally a partner should be in Y12 or Y13 - it is rare for a Y11 student to attend and in this case permission must be sought.
  3. You can take a partner from any secondary school in the country - no permission is needed here.
  4. If you wish to bring a partner who is in the work force, and not at school, then you have to write a letter seeking permission to bring that person. It should be addressed to Mrs Spooner and must include an ID photo of the person. For example, copy of drivers licence. You will be interviewed - the partner does not need to come for that. No ticket can be purchased till permission is given.
  5. Attendance - If your unjustified attendance statistic is 5% or more then you will NOT be able to attend the Ball.
